What we collect

When you request a free estimate we ask for your name, phone number, email address, property address, community, and the service you are interested in. If you arrive from an ad we also record which campaign brought you here.

How we use it

We use these details to contact you about your estimate, to prepare a lighting visualization or quote for your property, and to schedule work you approve. We may text, call, or email you about your request. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers beyond the standard conversion signals sent to the ad platform that referred you.

Where it is stored

Your details are kept in our customer relationship system and our internal operations software so our team can follow up and manage your project. Both are hosted by reputable providers and access is limited to Craft Electric staff.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you or to delete the details you submitted. Email hello@craftelectric.ca or call (825) 904-7106.
